Metzingen, DE - Accursia Capital GmbH acquires 100% of the shares in Müller & Bauer GmbH & Co. KG from G. Staehle GmbH & Co. KG.
Müller & Bauer has been producing metal packaging for the food, chemical and cosmetics industries in Metzingen near Stuttgart since 1899. Currently, 100 employees work in the production of blank and printed packaging made of aluminium and tinplate. The company supplies customers in Germany, Europe and overseas. Alongside KLANN Packaging GmbH, Müller & Bauer now forms the second pillar in Accursia Captial's packaging platform.
"With the acquisition of Müller & Bauer, we can once again demonstrate our successful Buy & Build approach. Its highly automated, high-volume production makes it an ideal counterpart to our KLANN Packaging, which focuses on lower volumes and exclusive cans.
